It is said for Scope optical aperture (D) >24cm in Japan that there are a few days to maximize the D. To understand this, comparison was done by making Diaphragm ring to 12inch SCT. ( 30cm vs 24cm = 20% down ).
On June 30th 2017 night seeing 3-4 ,
unfortunately a bit cloudy night. 24cm is enough for the day as the result, but
not conclusion yet.
Need to wait for super stable atmospheric night.
